In his role, he provides customers with transformational leadership coaching, implementation and adoption of best practices, and guidance to achieve fast results. When not at work you will find Henrik and the family biking or skiing in the mountains or forest.

She began her career at Poka as a member of the customer success team. Outside of work, Marie-Sophie is a passionate runner, trail runner, and mountain climber.
